We were at Ansitz Felsenheim for the third time now – and this time for the first time with our son. We simply love this place. The warmth of the owner family, the friendliness of the new team, this incredibly delicious and special breakfast, the sauna, and of course the view. But above all, it is this feeling of arriving and immediately feeling at home. A bit like coming home, only with a mountain view and plenty of time to take a deep breath. And although we have been there for the third time now, there is always something new to discover. The renovated apartments, the new conservatory… It is nice to see how this special place continues to develop. We are already excited to see what awaits us next time. A highlight this time was also that we were finally able to participate in a house dinner. Benedikt cooked magnificently! Good products, no unnecessary frills, just honest, really good food where you can taste how much love is put into it. We felt completely comfortable, were able to switch off wonderfully, and enjoy the time as a small family. These are exactly the places you always like to return to because everything is just right. Thank you all for this lovely time and for making Ansitz Felsenheim such a special place to feel at home. We are already looking forward to the next time!

We had a wonderful time at Ansitz Felsenheim and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed very warmly and kindly by the Kössler family, so we felt comfortable right away. Our room was clean, cozy, and lovingly furnished – the view of the mountains was especially beautiful! We also liked the sauna area very much. It was quiet and cozy and exactly the right place to relax and recharge after a hike. A special highlight for us was the dinner! The selection was great and the dishes were truly delicious. The lamb dishes, the soup, and the dreamlike dessert with apple and ice cream in particular have remained in our best memories. The fresh, delicious sourdough bread was also a treat! We also really enjoyed the breakfast on the last day. The fresh, regional ingredients and the magnificent view of the mountains in particular made the morning something very special. We felt completely at home and enjoyed our time here very much. A very heartfelt thank you to the Kössler family for the wonderful hospitality and the many beautiful moments! We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend Ansitz Felsenheim 100%!

We have now stayed at the Aparthotel Ansitz Felsenheim twice, and both visits were wonderful.What we appreciate most is how personal and welcoming the hotel feels. Breakfast is a real highlight for us, we looked forward to it every morning. The views from the breakfast room are beautiful, including a view of the Zugspitze.Dinner is not available every evening, but when it is, the food is excellent and well worth joining for.The sauna and spa area are perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the hotel has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere.We would definitely recommend Ansitz Felsenheim and hope to return again.

Die Unterkunft übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Die Verpflegung ist echt ein Highlight - unbedingt mit Frühstück buchen! Auf Unverträglichkeiten / Allergien wird ganz flexibel und kreativ eingegangen. Hunde sind auch herzlich willkommen.

Ein Aufenthalt im Aparthotel Felsenheim ist nicht einfach nur Urlaub – es ist ein kleines Stück Himmel mitten in Lermoos.Schon beim Aufwachen und dem Blick auf die traumhafte Bergkulisse wussten wir: Hier sind wir genau richtig. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Wandern.Unser Zimmer war unglaublich schnuckelig und sehr gemütlich.Das Frühstück ist besonders hervorzuheben. So vielfältig und lecker und mit ganz viel Liebe angerichtet. Sehr gesund mit regionalen Produkten und Kräutern aus dem Garten. Eine absolute Empfehlung!Das Felsenheim ist einer dieser Orte, die man nicht einfach verlässt – man nimmt ein kleines Stück davon im Herzen mit nach Hause. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen und kommen definitiv wieder!Absolute Herzensempfehlung!

😀 - Inhaber und Personal waren extrem freundlich. Frühstück immer alles ganz frisch zubereitet und abwechslungsreich. Das Haus Dinner (ist unregelmäßig!!) war einfach extrem schmackhaft, alles ganz frisch in der offenen Küche zubereitet👌 Das Haus hat v.a. auch im Winter eine geniale Lage: direkt bei der Talstation der Hochmoos Bahn. Geniale Aussicht zur Zugspitz Region.

Feels like coming home, always a warm welcome from Benedict, Caroline, and Othmar. We were there specifically to experience the Almabtrieb with friends, a beautiful tradition with a cozy village festival. In Felsenheim you live in beautiful apartments, very nicely decorated with a nod to the old history, Benedict provides delicious pizzas on pizza night and the house dinner which he organizes once a week with his team is stellar, afterwards with the other guests a cozy after-dinner drink in the tower café. We really enjoyed ourselves again and got to know Carmen, Marit, and Jonas, who joined the Felsenheim team. Definitely a recommendation. A place you come back to. Until next time.

We initially booked a one-week stay in Austria to work remotely from a quiet location. The environment was so peaceful that we decided to extend our trip for a second week for a proper vacation, upgrading to a mountain-view room.||The hotel is a cozy, authentic historic building. Each room features a unique design and excellent views. It is a family-run property, and you can feel the owner’s dedication - everything is maintained in perfect condition, with great attention paid to the smallest interior details.||The owner, Benedikt, is highly welcoming and serves as a professional chef for the property. The daily breakfasts offer creative options, and once a week, he prepares a dinner for guests using fresh ingredients and non-standard, ever-changing flavor combinations.||The location is secluded and quiet, making it an ideal summer escape to rest both mind and body, especially if you are coming from a noisy city like Dubai. Despite the privacy, there are excellent hiking trails and natural attractions within a 5-10 minute drive. The basement also houses a nice, relaxing spa.||Our upgraded room for the vacation week was outstanding: modern, featuring a direct mountain view, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including professional-grade cookware and utensils.||Dear Benedikt and family, thank you so much for the wonderful rest, your incredible hospitality, and the great memories.

Had a wonderful stay in Lermoos, we were warmly welcomed and provided with a drink every day on the terrace. The evening meals that have been provided recently are cozy and surprising. Our apartment (Empress Sissi) is beautiful, spacious, and equipped with all amenities. Overall a very successful stay and definitely to be visited again!

Das Hotel Felsenheim in Lermoos hat mehr als nur eine gute Bewertung verdient. Alles andere wäre diesem fantastischen Haus gegenüber schlicht nicht gerecht.​Fangen wir bei dem wunderschönen, denkmalgeschützten Gebäude an: Hervorragend restauriert, vereint es auf einzigartige Weise Geschichte mit der Moderne. Man spürt in jedem Winkel, wie viel Herzblut in diesem Haus steckt. Die Lage im idyllischen Lermoos mit direktem Blick auf die Zugspitze ist traumhaft, und überall finden sich liebevoll hergerichtete Ecken, die zum Entspannen und Verweilen einladen.​Auch Speisen und Getränke waren hervorragend – die Liebe zum Detail ist wirklich auf allen Ebenen spürbar. Das Haus-Dinner war ein absolutes Highlight!​Die Zimmer sind extrem sauber, gepflegt und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Spa-Bereich ist atemberaubend schön, und für die Kleinen steht ein großzügiger Kinderbereich zur Verfügung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die ausgesprochene Hundefreundlichkeit – unser Vierbeiner hat sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt.​Einen derart großartigen Service durfte ich selten zuvor erleben. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Angefangen bei Benedikt bis hin zu Carmen geben alle ihr Bestes, um ihren Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bescheren.​Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diese Spitzenzeit.
